Brief Doctrinal Statement

The Scriptures:

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. The King James Version of the Bible is the only version we use.

God:

God is a Spirit manifested as God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ:

We believe that Jesus Christ is the perfect Son of God, born of a virgin that He might reveal God to man and redeem sinful men. Jesus Christ suffered and died for our sins, was buried and rose again on the third day from the dead. He ascended to heaven and is seated at the right hand of God.

Man:

We believe man was created in the image and likeness of God. In Adam's sin the race fell and inherited a sinful nature. The only way to be reconciled to God is through the blood of Jesus Christ shed on the cross for the redemption of man.

The Way of Salvation:

We believe that salvation is "by grace" plus nothing else, through faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the cross to redeem mankind. Once saved we are kept by God's power and secure in Christ forever.

The Ordinances of the Church:

We recognize the ordinances of baptism by immersion in water, and the Lord's Supper as a Scriptural means of testimony for the Church in this age.

Return of Christ:

We believed the Lord's return is literal, personal, visible, imminent, premillennial, and pre-tribulational. Christ will return with His saints to establish His thousand-year reign on the earth.

Biblical Separation:

We believe that all of the saved should live in such a manner as not to bring reproach upon our Savior and Lord; separation from all religious apostasy, all worldly and sinful pleasures, practices and association is commanded of God.

Our Eternal State:

We believe in the bodily resurrection of all men, the saved to eternal life, and the unsaved to judgment and everlasting punishment. The souls of the redeemed are, at death, absent from the body and present with the Lord.

Worship Services:

Traditional worship services and traditional music.
